Step 1: Assessment and Planning

Step 2: Scan and Mark

Final centres are marked and agreed with you before setup. This is the step that separates a clean job from an accident.
Step 3: Rig Up
The rig is anchored or vacuum-mounted over the marked centre, the mast is levelled (or set to the required angle), and the drill head is aligned exactly. Water feed and slurry collection are connected, and barriers go around the work area.

Step 4: Drill, Extract, Inspect
The bit runs at the speed matched to the concrete, water-fed throughout, with the operator monitoring pressure and depth against the target. Steady feed — not force — is what produces a clean hole and keeps the bit alive.
At depth, the core cylinder comes out of the barrel — intact where possible, so you can check it against the slab thickness on the spot. The finished hole is measured against the spec immediately.
Step 5: Clean Up and Sign Off
