Concrete Cutting · Abu Dhabi & Al Ain

Clean Openings. No Cracks. No Surprises.

Water-fed diamond saws cut straight, controlled lines through reinforced concrete — no shock damage, no oversized openings, no guessing where the rebar is. We scan first, cut second, and hand you a written quote before either happens.

Scan, Mark, Cut

On site, we scan if needed, mark the line for your approval, then run the water-fed diamond blade pass by pass to full depth.

3

Clean Handover

Cut sections removed, slurry vacuumed, site washed down. We measure the finished opening with you before signing off.

The Difference

A Breaker Guesses. A Diamond Saw Doesn’t.

Hacked Out With A Breaker
Cut With Rafi Ud Din
Jagged, oversized openings — frames and sleeves don’t fit
Straight, square edges cut exactly to the marked line
Shock travels into beams and columns, cracking spreads later
Water-fed blade, near-zero vibration on the surrounding structure
Rebar or PT cables cut blind — one wrong hit stalls the project
GPR scan first on any suspected reinforced or PT slab
Verbal pricing, extra costs appear once the mess is made
Written, itemized quote before the saw is switched on

Common Questions

Cutting vs. core drilling — what’s the difference?

Cutting uses a straight blade for linear openings and slab removal. Drilling bores round holes for single pipe or cable runs. Rectangular or long straight openings need cutting, not drilling.

Can you cut post-tensioned slabs?

Only after a GPR scan confirms cable positions. We never cut a suspected PT slab blind — severing a live cable can cause sudden slab failure.

How much mess does cutting leave behind?

We wet-cut to control dust, and vacuum slurry and debris on the same visit — the site is left clean before the crew leaves.

Can you work in occupied buildings?

Yes — common in Abu Dhabi City offices and hotels. Noisy cutting is scheduled for evenings or weekends and the work area is isolated.

What do you need to quote the job?

Slab or wall thickness, the size and shape of the opening, and whether reinforcement or PT cable is suspected. A short site visit confirms everything and gets you a same-day written quote.
