Our Story
Rafi Ud Din Core Cutting started in 2019 as a small drilling crew working on villa renovations in Abu Dhabi. Word spread because we did two things consistently: we showed up when we said we would, and we never cut before scanning.
Today we handle core drilling, wall cutting, slab sawing, concrete scanning, and controlled demolition for contractors, homeowners, hotels, and government projects across the emirate. The approach hasn’t changed — every job starts with a GPR scan and a clear cutting plan, so rebar, cables, and pipes stay intact and your structure stays safe.
We hold a Municipality trade license, carry full public liability insurance, and every operator on our crew has valid trade certification.

Core Drilling
Clean circular openings from 10mm to 1000mm through reinforced concrete, precast slabs, asphalt, and stone — for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and drainage installations.
Controlled Demolition
Safe, low-vibration removal of beams, columns, staircases, and floor slabs without disturbing the surrounding structure or neighbouring units.
Wall & Floor Sawing
Straight, accurate cuts for door openings, window layouts, and expansion joints using electric and hydraulic diamond track saws.

Rafi Ud Din
Rafi started the company in 2019 and still visits job sites regularly. He handles quotes, site assessments, and makes sure every project meets Municipality requirements before work begins.
Muhammad Rizwan
Rizwan schedules crews and equipment across Abu Dhabi. If you’ve booked a same-day job, he’s the reason the team and machinery arrive on time.
Muhammad Zafar
Zafar runs on-site scanning and cutting layouts. Before any blade touches concrete, he confirms scan results, marks the cut lines, and signs off on the plan.
